How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days to allow time for customers to make changes to their orders. For orders to the US, our shipping estimate is 7-10 days after the order has been shipped. For orders to the UK, Canada, and Australia, our shipping estimate is 10-15 days after the order has been shipped. For Europe 20-35 days. For other international orders, shipping estimates range from two to three weeks depending on the country of delivery.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a message containing the tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for updated tracking to become available.

Is it safe to order online?

This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.
Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept the following credit cards on www.eurocarparts.com, in our retail stores and on telephone orders – Mastercard, VISA, Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta and Electron.

What currencies can I use?

Depending on the eurocarparts.com site, the currency will either display GBP or Euros.
French customers can shop at www.eurocarparts.com/fr_fr, currency in Euros.
German customers can shop at www.eurocarparts.com/de_de, currency in Euros.

How do I apply a promotional code?

You can add a valid promotion code in the Basket.

Where is my order?

Some of our products are shipped from a different distribution facilities than the rest of our inventory. Please allow a few extra days for the rest of your order to arrive. If you still have not received the rest of your order after a few days, please feel free to contact us at support@zakiro.com so we can locate your additional packages.
